Meisda Production Management is responsible for ensuring that our production facility is updated to meet global production capability and quality. No less than 30% of the company budget will be applied to our production facility for new purchases, repairing, etc.

Our Quality Policy summarizes the essential elements of our commitment to excellence as the following:
• Every externally purchased component must be thoroughly inspected before the factory takes over. Any out-of-specification parts must be returned and may not be used for Meisda production.
• First article inspection must be approved for spare parts and models before the product moves on to the next link in the pipeline.
• Every finished unit must be plug-in tested to ensure that there is no temperature, lighting, noise, or another potential fault.
• For each batch production, the sample must be randomly selected, and life-term tested in U.S. standard laboratory. Both humidity and temperature must be set as required by the project. Comprehensive test reports must be ready to share with clients.
• Before each new model is ready to be explored in the market, comprehensive tests must be done to ensure any potential refrigerating or operational fault. Testing includes but does not limit to tilt test, lead test, transportation test, scratch test, etc.
